PROCEDURE
FOR REGISTRATION |

This is a request for Private Swim Lessons
only. Private lessons are not
guaranteed. Lessons |
|
are subject to instructor
availability. This request will be
passed on to an instructor who will then |
|
contact you for
scheduling. You will be notified ONLY if lessons are possible. Lessons must be |
|
scheduled during our
public swim hours. Lessons may not be
scheduled during our group lessons. |
|
|
|
Once a private lesson is
scheduled you must pay for the lesson at least 48 hours prior to the |
|
first scheduled lesson. |
|
|
|
|
Private lessons may be
paid for in one of two ways. You may
pay for a group of five lessons
or |
|
may pay as you go. If you prefer to pay as you go, you must
pay a non refundable deposit
equal |
|
to the cost of your
lesson. For example, for a single
student the first class would be $35 plus a |
|
deposit of $35 for a
total of $70. You may use your
deposit for your last lesson. The deposit or |
|
advance payment will be
forfeited for any missed class unless you give the instructor 24 hours
notice. |
|
We
accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Checks should be made payable |
|
to Dynamo Swim Center. |
